Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unchewed, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer .

Please contact us before returning any product.
We’ll provide the correct return address and further instructions to ensure your return is processed smoothly

Please note: Due to the natural and consumable nature of chews, we cannot accept returns on used or chewed products unless there’s a defect.

🔁 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Chewed, damaged, or altered chews
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Items returned without prior contact
